Using Tellz

Tellz reads the public pages of the businesses you choose and sends you a report each day. You log in with your email address and a code we send to it.

Use Tellz for your business. Do not use it to follow private people, to harass anyone, or for anything against the law. Do not try to reach accounts or data that are not yours, or put a heavy load on Tellz on purpose.

Your account and team

Anyone who can read your email can log in to your account, so keep your email safe. Tell us at once at hello@tellz.ai if you think someone else got in.

The account owner decides who joins the team. Teammates can read every brief, earlier days and search, ask and share. The owner is responsible for the people they add.

What a report is

Reports are written with AI from public posts, ads and pages. Every price, date and figure in a report comes from the post or page it links to; a line we cannot tie to a source is left out.

AI can still misread a post, and a network can block us on a given night. When we cannot read an account, the report says so. Check the source before you make a decision from a report.

Plans and payments

During the test Tellz is free. Before a paid plan starts we will tell you its price and what it includes, and you choose whether to continue. Nothing is charged without your yes.

Yours and ours

Your settings, lists and notes are yours. The posts, pictures and ads in a report belong to the people who posted them; we show them so you can see what changed. Do not republish them as your own.

Share reports and items with the people you work with. You can turn a link off at any time.

The Tellz name, its mark and its software are ours.

Leaving, and when we close an account

You can stop at any time: write to hello@tellz.ai and we close your account and delete your data, as the Privacy page explains.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. We tell the owner by email first.

What we can promise

Tellz is offered as it is while we test it. We work to keep it running and right, but we cannot promise it never stops, never misses a post or never gets one wrong.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made from a report, or for losses from a report being late, wrong or missing.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top shows the last change. When a change matters, we email account owners before it applies.
