How do I log in?
Type the email your report goes to. We send a 6-digit code to it; type the code and you are in. There is no password.
When does my report arrive?
Each day at the time you chose, in your time zone, by email. Change the time in Settings.
Why is a competitor missing today?
They may not have posted, or a network blocked us that night. The report says which accounts posted nothing and which we could not read.
How do I add or remove a competitor?
In Settings, open What we watch. Changes apply from your next report.
Who can see my report?
You and the teammates you add. A link you share opens only that day's report or that one item. Turn a link off at any time.
Can I ask questions about my report?
Yes. Tap Ask, or connect ChatGPT, Claude or Grok in Settings. Every answer links to its source.

What does Tellz cost?
Nothing during the test. We will tell you before a plan starts. Questions about plans and payments: billing@tellz.ai.
How do I stop the emails?
Write to unsubscribe@tellz.ai from the address that gets them. A person stops them within one working day. Your account and reports stay until you ask us to delete them.
How do I get a copy of my data, or delete my account?
Write to hello@tellz.ai. A person answers within one working day.
